1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and shewin ("shewin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the shewin website located at https://shewin.one and all related services, platforms, and gaming products offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the shewin Platform — whether by creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or simply browsing the site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the shewin Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active shewin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

shewin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) shewin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your shewin account, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify shewin promptly of any changes.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

shewin is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or Voter's ID) and may include proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your shewin account credentials. shewin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify shewin support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

shewin currently accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and GrabPay. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. shewin does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Verified players may withdraw to their registered GCash or Maya account, with standard processing times of fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. shewin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the shewin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

shewin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all shewin bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated in the individual promotion terms available at the time the bonus is offered.
• shewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• shewin may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games offered on the shewin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes on shewin are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studios.
• Technical malfunctions void all plays and bets. If a game fails to complete due to a platform-side error, shewin will refund the affected wager to your account balance.
• Any bets placed after a game round has officially commenced may be voided at shewin's discretion.
• Players may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with shewin games or the Platform.
• shewin's decisions on all gameplay disputes are final, subject only to formal dispute resolution as outlined in Section 12.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the shewin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use shewin for illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players or dealer manipulation in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing shewin staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back deposits through your bank or e-wallet provider after wagering those funds.

8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

shewin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, shewin provides the following player protection tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the shewin Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the shewin Platform — including but not limited to the shewin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of shewin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the shewin Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any shewin content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, shewin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your shewin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

shewin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or loss of data.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond shewin's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• Decisions made by individual players regarding wagering amounts or strategies.

Nothing in these Terms limits shewin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

shewin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a notice on the shewin Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the shewin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the shewin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting shewin's support team. shewin will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of formal notification. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism.
